Head - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (6-15 yrs)
Recruitment Services Role :
- This role primarily focuses on 2 aspects i.e. Getting Mandates which are above 50 Lacs and Recruitment Process Outsourcing
- Generating Business primarily for industry verticals like FMCG, Pharma, IT, Infra, Edu Tech, FinTech, Retail, SME (forming a major portion of the Business)
- Searching for potential clients through different sources via the Internet, referrals, calls etc.
- Preparing a database on which to seek appointments with the clients.
- Meeting them, giving a brief introduction about the company and its offerings.
- Managing a team of BDM for getting Mid-Level Mandates
- Discussing their needs (current or future), knowing how those needs are being met and where and how we can help them in a better way.
- Offering them various services and showing them how these services can meet their requirements.
- Closing the deal with passing the next responsibility to the delivery team.
- Getting Exclusive requirements from clients.
- Regular pre and after-sales follow-ups are critical to growing the business on an ongoing basis and collecting referrals in the industry.
- Doing thorough background check of clients
Other Responsibilities :
- Social Media Marketing
- Making creatives for WhatsApp and other social media platforms
- Well versed with Photoshop/ Canva
- Content creation for Social Media Marketing
