- Leading the team to achieve the budgeted targets, for sale and costs
- Creating new marketing strategies with the help of the marketing team to be implemented at the store level
- Creating a robust man power planning for maintaining set standards of service, within the budgeted provisions.
- Train and lead from the front with handson approach to the team
- Custodian of all assets, legal bindings and licenses of all operational outlets
- Creating a robust internal MIS system to achieve the targets set by the management
- Opening of new outlets, planning of the service layout, manpower requistions and fullfilment.
