Head - Business Development - Marketing Services (6-8 yrs)
Generate leads from the best networks / known sources.
Thoroughly understand the product, the market, competitors & other related subjects.
To know the presentation skills /demonstration of the product.
Give an extensive techno functional demo of the product to all prospective clients.
In-depth knowledge of the businesss product as well as standard strategic, analytical, and marketing concepts.
Fix up target for self & for the team members.
Motivate the Sales Team to achieve the targets.
To make high level calls to the Stake holders post demo.
Attending key meetings with the Sales team if need be.
Continued follow up with the clients, handling queries if any, pushing them to close the deal.
Supporting the Business Development by being an integral part of the organization.
Specification:
MBA in Marketing is preferred.
At least 6+ years of relevant B2B / B2C sales, marketing & campaign management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience of interacting with C-level.
