Head - Business Development/Marketing - Healthcare (12-16 yrs)
What would you do?
1. Business Expansion Strategy : develop and implement a sustainable growth strategy based on the business's capabilities and priorities. This includes (but not limited to) identifying opportunities for value creation, arranging business meetings through digital and in-person channels, and successfully executing high-ROI campaigns. In addition, own the customer acquisition process and assist in converting leads and prospects to clients, through sales meetings / presentations and other business communique (e.g. RFPs/RFQs). You would also have to manage clients and keep a track of and help renew contracts (as necessary) with existing clients and vendors.
2. Seamless Execution: your role would also require you to think unconventionally often and align budgets, teams, and positioning accordingly across print, digital and media platforms, for which you would have to facilitate smooth and timely collaborations with cross-functional teams (internal and external), ensuring the vision is beautifully brought to life. You shall be required to achieve this by setting up and tracking quality and performance metrics and being accountable for an excellent customer experience.
3. Team Builder and Leader: As your team grows, you would wear the hats of a mentor, a coach, an educator, and a leader for all stakeholders (including your team, partners, clients, and leadership) throughout your journey. You may be directly engaged in recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and addressing problems.
You are someone with:
- 10+ years of experience in US healthcare environments with 3+ years in a senior Leadership role, and are looking for a long-term association. Experience in US Healthcare RCM industry is a plus.
- A comprehensive understanding of the industry, and expert-level proficiency in core healthcare revenue cycle functions including billing, posting AR, collections, coding and credentialing.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator / Leader and / or experience in a fast-paced tech startup is a plus.
- An understanding of a multitude of marketing tactics, channels, competitions, nuances, etc., and are a master of a handful. You are thorough, innovative, analytical, and people-centric, understand the value of constraints and the financial implications of your propositions.
- Excellent written and oral English communication. You shall be reading, writing, analysing, interpreting, negotiating and presenting business correspondence with groups of managers, vendors,customers, and other stakeholders.
- Extroversion, and the natural inclination to connect with people.
- Proven team-oriented leadership and hands-on capabilities working in a fastpaced environment with enthusiastic and inquisitive members.
- Sharp attention to details, strong interpersonal skills, smart decision-making ability, and be able to manage time, resources, teams and budgets effectively and efficiently.
- Analytical skills, ownership-driven, results-oriented, compliance-minded, and have a problemsolving and calculative aptitude.
- Flexibility to work with India and US time zones, and are willing to travel to these geographies
