Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
2. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
3. Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
4. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
5. Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
6. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
7. Planning the processing requirement in a cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
8. Coordinate with category and other factory teams for meeting daily productivity requirements.
9. Oversight of inventory, productivity, quality control and supplies.
10. Take complete responsibility of production and dispatch.
11. Ability to handle team of supervisors and workers to ensure productivity.
12. Responsible for generating and maintaining all records as per statute.
13. Managing end-to-end factory and inventory operations adhering to processes with respect to movement/inwarding/outbound/sale of inventory.
14. Product/ Brand Promotions, Business Development activities
15. Team management in case of senior position
16. Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
17. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results, expanding customer base.
18. Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
19. Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
20. Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
21. Recruit, train, supervise and appraise executives and unskilled employees.
