Head - Business Development - IT (7-10 yrs)
Business Development Head
Responsibilities :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Prior experience in generating leads via various online channels/sources available.
- Proficiency in business proposal writing, keeping follow ups, requirement gathering, and responding to RFI, RFP, etc.
- Generate demand through campaigns and events
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's services national and international level
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to rules and guidelines
- Generate Various Sales/Revenue Metrics
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements :
- Proven working experience as a business development, Lead Generation, Market Analytics, Content development etc.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English
- Good at Communication, Presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Willing to travel
