Head - Business Development - Food & Beverages/FMCG (7-12 yrs)
Role :
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Responsible for building and managing remote teams and set targets based on business potential
- Responsible for preparing a strategy to acquire new clients and achieve set targets
- Implement efficient processes and standards based on analytical and strategic planning
- Develop and devise ways and means optimum utilisation of resources to attract new clients
- Analyse business potential to achieve optimisation of profits
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
- Mentor and motivate remote teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
Eligibility :
- 7+ years of experience in Business development, and 2+ years of experience in management role
- Must have handled a remote team of 15 people or more
- Ability to take ownership and drive both operational tasks as well as more strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
