1. Heading the Business development function for the organization in terms of planning, guiding subordinates, closing deals with large customer accounts etc.
2. will be involved in meeting clients and cracking large deals in individually.
3. planning to maintain consistent pipeline of deals.
4. will have an additional responsibility of overseeing operations along with other leaders in operations.
Desired Profile :
1. Ideal candidate should be an international BPO.
2. should have handled the Business development function in a BPO for 5+ yrs.
3., should have some exposure to managing BPO operations.
