Head - Business Development - Event Management (15-20 yrs)
Looking for an individual with rich experience in the areas of Business Development, Sales & Marketing and Client Servicing from the Event Management sector. Should have the experience of executing prestigious projects for up market clients. Developing New Business & involvement in Overall Project Management from Concept to Execution. Should have leadership qualities, Should be adept at Presentations & should possess the ability to make clients believe in the concept. Accomplished, senior marketing professional with broad integrated marketing experience with today's top brands and Fortune 500 companies.
- Should be having experience of executing Special projects/ Events. Should be a Strategic thinker, with extensive Marketing Communication & Brand Management knowledge. Should be an excellent team leader & motivator. Prior business development experience of minimum 10 years from Event Management agency is a must for this role.
Job Description : Exploring new avenues of business, Pitching for new business from new/existing clients, Generating revenue & achieving targets, Managing client servicing & retaining existing clients, Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders.
1. To generate business through new client acquisition
2. To communicate with key decision makers in the organization to inform them of the POA
3. To focus on specific industry verticals and develop a thorough knowledge of the industry trends and key people in the select verticals.
4. Drafting customized proposals based on the requirements.
5. Good relationship with the clients at senior level.
6. Ability to up sell and cross sell.
7. Should be target number oriented and client savvy.
