Company Sector: A Chennai based company, having its office at Kodambakkam, deals with Educational Trainings to schools and colleges, marketing and distribution of educational products to schools and colleges across Tamil Nadu ARURA is a conglomeration of Personal and Professional change management and enhancement, involved in creating, designing, implementing, and managing products and services that cater to the needs of expanding and changing individual self, education sector, employability skills, and society at large.
Currently we have the following opening that may be of your interest. Role: Business Development Head (Preferably female candidates) Location : Chennai, Kodambakkam.
Eligibility Criteria :
- MBA/PGDM / Any relative Post-Graduation with effective communication and presentation skills.
- Candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the role of Business Development/Team-Lead/Sales-Lead will be preferred.
- Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within state (Short visits only) is mandatory.
Candidates should possess :
- Passion towards contributing to the education sector.
- Excellent ability to communicate with School/College Teachers, Principals, Trustees and other decision making entities. Professional proficiency in English and Tamil is highly expected.
- Ability to setup sales team and work with team force effectively.
- Should be a good objective setter, planner, and above all, controller.
- Should be a self-starter able to work with minimum direction and possess both the desire and the ability to develop constructive ideas.
- Sound Sales and Marketing skills.
- Having prior experience in education sector will be an added advantage.
Their work includes:
- Identifying new customer base and pitching products and services.
- Recruiting and training a pool of high performing Business development executives.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets - Closing deals, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and handling complaints or objections if any
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets. - Develop, evolve and execute an effective review and reporting system with business objectives of the organization
- Maintaining accurate records and reviewing team performance
- Collecting customer feedback and market research increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Attend industry events to promote products and acquire business leads.
Remuneration: CTC will range and differ based the experience of the candidate starting from 3.5lacs to 5lacs per annum as fixed income apart from the incentives given on achieving targets.
