Head - Branding/Design & Management - eCommerce (10-15 yrs)
Our client is looking to build a marketing team to bring about disruption in an otherwise traditional industry. As the Brand head, you will be accountable for
- Being an industry influencer- Defining the value proposition, developing the brand plan, ensuring creative consistency
- Growing the market share of the company- Defining key growth segments, monitoring brand promotions, building brand awareness, the roadmap for retail expansion
- Developing a Brand communication strategy - developing a communication strategy for all BUs, evaluating channel effectiveness, plan and drive research
- Identifying and developing Jey segments for growth & designing effective GTM strategies
Ideal candidate :
- Extensive brand development experience
- Has worked in disruptive environments
- Can create demand in newer patches
