Head - Brand Strategy & Marketing Communication (8-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Managing and controlling the brand portfolio budget
- Managing the Brand strategy and execution in India (Conceptualization to awareness)
- Mange digital footprints of the brand
- Planning branding initiatives, ATL and BTL activities for the brands
- In charge of managing the media agencies
- Building on the PR and marketing communications touch points for the brand
- Manage consumer research for the brands and delivering initiatives in accordance
- Team player: ability to partner and negotiate with cross-functional team to successfully deliver customer/client needs.
- Track record of delivering meaningful marketing programs that drive business success
- Prior experience leading a team is required, as is the ability to motivate and rally a team around a common vision
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building communications strategies to deliver business KPIs highly desirable
- Intellectually curious, proactively seeking and developing new opportunities
- Should have high level of ownership and vision for the brand of the company.
Requirements :
- MBA from a premier institute is preferred (IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS)
- Experience Required : 8-10 Years
- Industry Exposure - Internet/E-commerce, Ed-tech, Startups
- Experience in leading large teams or worked on large scale projects
- Planning, co-ordination and execution skills
- Personal drive to plan, prioritize, deliver results even on tight deadlines
