Head - Brand Marketing - BFSI (10-12 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Functional Expertise :
1. Strategizing, planning, developing and executing successful ideas and campaigns for key program and partner initiatives. Campaign review, analysis, agency management. Creative process and project management.
2. Ensuring that their company's products, services, and product lines resonate with current or potential customers.
3. Monitor marketing trends as well as keep an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace so they can stay ahead of competition.
4. Design, Develop & Execute campaigns via IBM Unica & other modules of IBM Marketing Suite (Watson Campaign Automation)
5. Lead entire campaign process automation in Marketing Cloud environment - campaign automation, campaign fulfilment & bonus points offer automation.
6. Project management of key campaigns and program initiatives. Working with delivery teams and cross functional stakeholders to ensure results.
Interaction:
1. Collaborate with agencies and business teams to achieve their goal with marketing optimization.

Problem Solving :
1. Proactively address any discrepancies or concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
2. Driving CTR in collaboration with Performance marketing
3. Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact the brand, adapting strategies accordingly

Qualification & Experience (type & industry) :
- Any graduate degree, MBA is a must
- 10-12 years' experience in equivalent or relevant industry
Skills & know-how :
1. People interaction and ability to interface with multiple teams to get the campaigns off the ground. (partner teams, operations, analytics, legal).
2. Ability to put together processes and stick to policy and process.
3. Good knowledge of communication, digital marketing and direct marketing campaigns.
4. Ability to lead a team and work with 2-3 agencies at the same time.
5. Ability to influence internal stakeholders.
