Head - B2B Sales - SAAS (7-13 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work with the founders to drive global (US, Canada, UK, ANZ, Europe) sales strategy (inbound and outbound) and have complete ownership of sales cycle from lead generation to partner sign-up
- Create and execute a strategic quarter-on-quarter sales plan to expand partner base and extend market penetration
- Acquire new Strategic enterprise deals and SMB accounts for global markets
- Understand partner goals, personas, and challenges to continuously improve the sales process
- Foster a culture of success by leading a team of Account Executives and Sales development representatives to achieve laid out business objectives and sales quotas
- Responsible for recruiting, coaching, developing, and training an excellent sales team
- Utilize data from various tools (CRM, Calling solutions, etc) to make objective decisions to improve sales performance
- Design and implement sales team KPIs and compensation structure in alignment with business objectives to build ownership and accountability across the sales team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Customer success, product) to improve sales conversions
Qualifications :
- 7-10+ years of B2B inside sales experience in the SaaS/technology industry
- 3-5+ years experience selling in international territories (US, UK, Europe, ANZ)
- Bachelor's degree with MBA preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and leading team of experienced sales professionals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with sharp business acumen and relationship building focus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
