Head - B2B Sales - Real Estate (7-9 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Lead, mentor, and manage the B2B sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture. Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, stakeholders, and decision- makers.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of major deals and contracts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipeline management, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales processes and tools to streamline operations.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Post - Graduate.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in B2B sales within the real estate industry, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, sales strategies, and client needs.
