This role is very critical and strategic to the company. He/She will be handling the entire B2B Sales team of our client Reporting will be to the Director/Founder
What to expect from the role :
1. New business development involving prospect development.
2. Research and build relationships with new clients.
3. Measure daily, weekly, monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organization's expectations
4. Plan approaches and pitches for corporates and institutes
5. Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
6. Solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in the preparation of proposals.
7. Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues on a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
8. Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capabilities.
9. Run targeted sales & marketing campaigns for business development
10. Work with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger.
11. Own up the overall training and quality of the sales teams. Provide training interventions, feedbacks in coordination with the Product team

6. 6-8 years of sales experience in B2B in Ed Tech Industry, currently managing a team
