- As a Sales Head, you will work with the talented team of Sales Professionals to achieve Yearly Sales targets.
What you will do:
- Developing effective sales strategies and delivering compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches.
- Cultivating and growing relationships with industry leaders that will lead to sales opportunities and new business.
- Closing new business and expanding upon existing clientele.
- Ensuring the goal of facilitating executed sales and/or closings.
- Handling Operational responsibilities including accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts are done smoothly and effectively.
- Fostering a culture of engagement and excitement that drives high-customer and employee satisfaction.
- Being data-centric and optimizing process to convert contracts into longer term contracts.
What you need to have:
- Be a self-starter.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Exposure to Sales Cycle of a CRM product would be a huge plus.
- Ability to interact comfortably with both clients and internal departments.
- Ability to present data in an effective, actionable manner and learn new software's quickly.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
- Ability to achieve Quarterly sales target and strive beyond.
- Hands-on experience on Salesforce
