Head - B2B Sales - Broking House (12-20 yrs)
Position description:
- Will be responsible for strategies & new initiatives - B2B vertical
- Relationship Management & Business Development of Sub-Brokers & Providing Advisory Services to Business Partners
- Will be responsible for seamless Risk Management
- Handling a team of BMs and Operation Executives associated with B2B Revenue
- Responsible for achieving the monthly and yearly targets for New KYC, Equity Revenue, Mutual Funds and Insurance
- Monitoring competition, identify industry benchmarks and integrate the best practices.
- Report to Chief Revenue Officer. will be responsible for monitoring and controlling cost
- Driving business results as per the regional Goal Sheet plan
- Conduct Business Event in order to maintain relations and increase revenue.
- Coordinating with prime Sub-Brokers & Handling people management activities
- Coordinate with teams for smooth sales and related back-office processes
- Ensure the best practices are being followed at all times in all the AP outlets
- Compliance monitoring as per the requirement of the Compliance Department
