Head - B2B Sales (5-7 yrs)
We are looking to hire a Sales Head for International Business Development. The candidate will be doing B2B sales to key international markets, and will also have operational responsibilities.
- B2B Sales development
- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
- Build good working relationships across clientele
- Work with Global teams in building benchmark processes and policies for continuous improvement of Operational processes and controls
- Review and Continuously improving the existing operational processes and controls
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales- planning efforts.
- Present the service favorably and in a structured professional approach
- Empathetic to customer needs with a strong focus on customer success and building long term relationship
- Ensure implementation of benchmark standards for Customer Service and implement new channels for Service delivery
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of successful sales and operations experience with service industry
- B2B experience in International Markets is must
- Experience working in high growth environments and closing deals
- Excellent communication skills
