Skill Requirements:
1.Experience : 4+ years in B2B tech sales in India and international markets.
2.Industry Knowledge : Experience in Education, Creator Economy, News Media, or Entertainment industries.
3.Startup Experience : Proven success in a startup setting or solid understanding of startup dynamics.
4.Sales Process : Expertise in establishing sales processes and building sales teams from the ground up.
5.Technical Aptitude : Comfortable with understanding and selling tech products.
6.Communication : Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to craft compelling narratives and articulate value propositions.
7.Sales Skills : Proactive hunter mentality with a results-driven approach.
8.Travel : Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Qualifications and Attributes:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
