Head - B2B Marketing - IT (3-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage all the mediums - paid, earned and owned to build continuous lead funnel and content distribution plan aimed at driving acquisition and engagement.
- Responsible for monthly acquisition targets for talent assessment & innovation management software
- Deliver lead generation campaigns for India, US & other international geographies
- Come up with interesting insights to create a pipeline of marketing campaigns
- Build a quarterly roadmap of marketing content.
- Collaborate and work closely with Sales and Product team to ensure marketing objectives are met.
- Strategize and execute offline events
- Plan, monitor, maintain & report monthly marketing budgets
- Ensure all marketing communications are in line with the business & brand guidelines
- Keep a close watch on the competition. Share best practices with the team.
