Desired Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduates / MBA
Experience: 3 - 6 years
CTC Budget: 800,000 to 9,00,000/- per annum.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the current construct of the Elite Club Program (Pharma Retailer / Chemist Loyalty program) - India's first B2B Loyalty Program in Pharmaceutical Distribution.
- Ensure continuous onboarding of new Retailers under purview of Loyalty program.
- Ensure maximum penetration of - Loyalty Program- across the assigned geography by way of meetings / persuasion with the Retailers / Chemists.
- Maintaining constant connect / relationship with the Retailers enrolled in the Loyalty program and upgrading them with the various new schemes, benefits added to the program.
- End to end execution of the Loyalty Program and ensuring seamless and unhindered delivery of promises to the Retailers.
- Ideate and forge new partnerships with vendors for creating short term / long term innovative benefits for the retailers under this program.
- Train and coach the Elite Club program team
- Delegate the task and set deadlines
- Prepare the sales reports
Desired Skills:
- Experience of managing Loyalty Program in the past.
- Passion for Field Work and in person customer connect.
- Excellent Communication Skills - English & Hindi
- Open to work & collaborate with on-ground teams and get things executed
- Influencing skills
- Experience of team handling
Must Have:
- Field working experience.
- Exposure to on-ground Loyalty Program Management (No Back-end management)
