Head - APAC Marketing - Software Products & Services (18-22 yrs)
Looking for smart, intelligent candidate for APAC Head - Marketing (Software Products and Services) position for IT Services company.
Reports to : CEO, APAC Region
Responsibilities:
- Possess extensive experience in Employee Branding, IPO/Going to Capital Market/Raising Public Issue, Communications and Go-To-Market areas
- You will be responsible for strategic activities in Marketing, Corporate Branding (Internal, External, Global Platforms), Image building and enhancements
- Ensure excellent customer experience and establishing a differentiated and scalable position in the industry
- Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategy and implementing the strategy to achieve pre-set objectives
- Efficient in Marketing, Campaigning, Public Relations
- Think and implement feature definition activities leading to successful IPO - Public Issue campaigns
- Manage market driven branding, image building, IPO requirements process
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Analysts, Investors, Research Groups, Business Stakeholders, Sales, Marketing, Product Development
Requirements:-
- Should have Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business administration. MBA with Marketing specialization is highly desirable
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Marketing, IPO, GTM, Branding predominantly in Information Technology and related fields.
- Good at digital product management space (4+ years experience)
- Prior Experience in IT Software Product Development Companies would be an added advantage
- Proven ability and experience managing and leading high performance campaign
- Worked as part of a senior management team to develop and implement business strategy for the company in line with the overall strategic goals
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and negotiating skills are a must
- Strong ability to build personal rapport with all stakeholders
- Should have executive/leadership presence
