Head/Account Manager - Digital Marketing (8-14 yrs)
Must Have :
- Crucial knowledge of Digital Marketing Industry
- Possess exceptional budget management and media planning skills
- Expert in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluent and influential verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work as an independent decision maker, along with the ability to work collaboratively with a team

- Proven track record of managing a budget and meeting targets
- Proven track record of client relationship management roles
Role & Responsibility :
- Nurture client relationship by being an effective communicator, proactive in understanding client needs and delivering on client targets.
- Own the client relationship and be their Champion to digital teams and vice versa.
- Become the go to person for the client.
- Lead digital team's client calls, ensure accurate reporting, and clear plans are presented and executed.
- Work closely with the marketing & sales team to ensure cohesive approach and maximization of ROI
- Introduce client satisfaction measurement matrix/framework and ensure satisfaction levels as per company expectations
- Work with channel teams (SEM, Paid Social, Affiliate, SEO, Content, research and analytics as required) to produce annual and quarterly strategies and road maps
