Hea Boosters - Performance Marketing Role (2-5 yrs)

Hea Boosters has been started by IIM Ahmedabad alumni and backed by marquee angel investors. We are looking to expand our Team.
Your Role:
- You will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns for paid media (Facebook / Instagram / Google) end to end
- You will do A/B testing, tracking reporting and analysis and planning for growth
- You will derive insights from data generated on customer behaviour and use that feedback to ensure higher growth
- You will collaborate with other teams (branding, designing, product marketing, tech) to ensure that the user purchase process and experience is seamless and best
- You will be responsible for driving down the overall cost of customer acquisition through traditional and innovative methods
What we are looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience in Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Solid grasp on concepts such as social ads, campaign types, optimisation strategies, bidding strategies among others
- Creative ability to manage small budgets as well as budgets at scale
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines, strong interpersonal skills
- Having worked in a consumer focussed product brand company is an added plus
- A go-getter attitude along with ownership and accountability for all activities
- A dash of humour and wit
