HDFC securities is looking for Team Leader and Online RM profile.
Job Description:
Guide clients in placing their orders online & get on call confirmation wherever possible.
Ensure active management of assigned clients & achieve targets/AUM.
Cross Sell TPP products (Mutual Funds/CFDs/NCDs/Bonds/SIPs/Insurance).
Maintaining & developing client relationship through Digital Engagement (Email/Mass Mail) & calling of our TOP Online HNI Clients.
Catering clients PAN India from one central location.
Educating clients on online/digital platforms & providing demo of the same, helping customers to place orders online.
Assisting clients for their queries & maintain relationship accordingly.
Be one point of contact for all his financial needs.
Maintain complete relationship records of assigned customers.
Keep abreast of the market news, financial trends & current affairs.
Enhance & diversify clients existing portfolio.
Excellent communication skills.
Other lingual exposure : Telugu / Kannada / Tamil & Malayalam.
Good convincing/presentation skills.
Go getter attitude with prior achievements appreciated.
Team player, should be able to work under pressure as & when required.
Knowledge of MS Excel, ppt & CRM know how is added advantage.
NRI Exposure will be added advantage.
