Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and selling a variety of insurance products to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements.
- Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, recommending the best coverage plans.
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients, often covering a variety of risks.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, sales activities, and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and relevant regulations.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings.
