HDFC Bank - Relationship Manager - Infrastructure Finance (3-5 yrs)
- To scope, manage and optimize the relationships of existing Bank customers for working capital and Cross Sell multiple products to these existing customers like WC- Fund Based /Non Fund Based/Liability and other Bank Product as per customer's requirements.
- To ensure achievement of given business targets within specified time period and customer service delivery.
- To be continually assessed against key performance indicators
- To mentor, manage and motivate the RMs under their mentorship, guide the RMs on achievement of target and hand holding the RM in developing the business development in the area.
- To achieve and exceed targets and KPI's through support and supervision, training and coaching and to keep track of Market dynamics as well.
- To create and maintain effective working relationships with line manager, colleagues, support teams .
- To Keep Proper Track on Housekeeping for the portfolio, by proper follow on security documentation, Deferrals etc.
- To promote Cross sell products and management objectives.
