Requirements:

Educational Qualifications Key Skills

- CA or MBA from a reputed institute.

- Certification:

- AMFI Certification (Optional)

- NCFM Certification (Optional)

- CAIIB (Optional)

- Internal Certification

- Strong Relationship Management & Interpersonal Skills

- Requires sound operational process knowledge of the Banking.

- Candidates having fair knowledge of Capital and Commodity Market and related activities would be given preference.

- Good MIS preparation and analytical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience Required:

- Minimum experience of 2-3 years in a similar role.

- Preferred from Banking / Financial Services.

Who you will work with:

- Brokerage firms, clients of brokerage firms and exchange houses

- Unit head and product team

Core Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the growth of the portfolio; Nurture existing relationship to generate business and acquire new relationships - ensuring targets are met and there is availability of pipelines for growing the business and acquiring maximum share of the customers- wallet

- Understanding client requirements for credit facilities, preparation of CAMs, ensuring timely disbursement of the facility, regularly interacting with client, getting market intelligence and ensuring the quality of credit.

- Ensure the compliance requirements of bank, RBI, SEBI and other guidelines

- Tapping the supply chain of the customers like the promoters, directors, vendors, clients, franchisees accounts.

- The position offers an opportunity to work on both asset and liability business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development:

- Achieving business targets on volumes and profitability

- Acquiring new to bank customers through sale of products such as assets, current and savings accounts, fixed deposits, non-funded credit facilities like letters of credit and bank guarantees, cash management services, foreign exchange services and digital banking products

- Regular calling on clients, both existing and prospective either individually or with other support groups like Credit / Operations / CMS / Retail / Treasury / TAG / Trade / Salary

- Logging details of calls made to clients in CRM system and to plan as per the guidance from supervisors for each calling, monitor the accounts, assign tasks and leads to support groups

- Adhering to and implementation of guidance received from Senior Management

- Appraisal and recommendation of credit limits - improving Return on Capital on the portfolio

- Tracking of performance at regular intervals to monitor variance with budgets; creation and implementation of plans to meet budgets

Cross sell of products :

- To be the face of the Bank for all products that a Corporate would require

- Cross sell all products of the Bank

- Promotion of digital platforms of the Bank like Enet/NetBanking, Trade-on Net, Mobile Banking, PayZapp, Insta Alert, Smart Buy, Chillr etc

Customer Relationship Management : 

- Relationship building with customers - both internal as well as external

- Ensuring all banking needs of the customer are met - Addressing the pain areas of the customers by improvement in processes and TATs by engaging with the support group.

- Engage with Promoters and Key Officials of the customers to build a strong and lasting relationship and ensure increase in our share of the customers- wallet.

- Implementation of Know-Your-Customer and Anti-Money Laundering policies of the Bank.

Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders:

- Team management - to support fellow team members as and when required.

- Carrying out regular reviews with cross-functional teams and product groups for improving product penetration.

- Supporting the completion of documentation formalities for disbursement of facilities or banking products.

- Managing due and overdue documentation and coordinating the updation of all information as per the requirements of various Regulators / Statutory Authorities.
