HDFC Bank - NRI Preferred Relationship Manager (3-8 yrs)
Job Description:
- Enhance and manage the NR Preferred Customers
- Identifying, acquiring, retaining and prospecting NRI high net worth individuals
- Achieving the revenue targets and targets assigned in terms of acquiring, enhancing and upgrading the HNW relationships
- Customer Profiling and provide financial products to meet customer needs.
- Deepen the relationship by Cross selling Banks Products and Services like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Investment Services account, family accounts, PIS, E-Broking, Home Loans e.t.c. according to Customer Need
- Handling the service requirements of the HNW customers
- Regular updates on the NR business numbers, values for the Branches
- To Enhance & Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet
- Ensure profitability of the portfolio: Generate high Income per Customer
- Help the Branches in Promotional and Lead generation activity for NR accounts
- Assist and train the Branches on NR Product and Processes
- Managing / servicing existing client relationships and bring in new relationships through referrals/ active solicitation.
- Client interaction will be on e-mail/ phone.
