Job Description :
- Responsible for management of all the leads generated by the unit
- Drive the team for lead generation.
- Liaising with the respective sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of the leads.
- Ensure closure of converted leads in CRM Next.
- Publish various MIS for all the products to drive the team.
- Regular meetings with the fulfillment team for business planning.
- Work on sales discrepancy and rejects along with the fulfillment unit.
- Organize sales trainings by liaising with different fulfillment teams
- Make customer visits for high value leads.
