PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
To manage the Key Merchant accounts and to ensure that the customers have customized services and to ensure new customer acquisition and existing customer retention
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Customer Management
New acquisition and customer retention.
Service Delivery and TATs to be within the set standards
Responsible for managing and growing the profitability of the portfolio.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Inter department service delivery and ensure good working relationship with all support teams.
Managing all departments, external vendors efficiently
Ensuring retention of the Merchants with the bank and growing business in the portfolio
Launching Bank's initiatives with these ME's
Team management
Meet portfolio targets in volumes and number of merchants
Manage key business indicators
Handling the existing Merchants retaining and growing the same, adding new Merchants to this portfolio.
Responsible for Acquiring New key relationships for the bank.
