Job Purpose
Design - Develop - Deploy learning interventions, craft internal communication and hold Reward & Recognitions events across the organisation to enable customer centricity.
Job Responsibilities(JR)
- Identify opportunities to drive customer experience
- Sound understanding of customer centricity and its drivers.
- Identify gaps in customer experience across communication and processes.
- Ability to conduct diagnostics to assess learning gaps
- Design learning content
- Craft content as per the learning intervention.
- Ability to work with content developers and agencies to either create or curate relevant learning content.
- Deployment of content across platforms
- Excellent understanding of both classroom and e-learning methods of training.
- Lead development of training content from outline and storyboarding to deployment on LMS.
- Develop Reward and Recognition programs
- Develop reward and recognition programs to help craft desired behavior and attitudes within the organization.
- Visual, Written and Verbal Communication
- Deep understanding and appreciation of design aesthetics and communication.
- Excellent command on all elements of communication and its critical appreciation.
