Roles and Responsibilities :
- New Client Acquisition and Business generation of Home loan, LAP Loan, Gold Loan, Business Loan & Personal Loan.
- The incumbent will be responsible for on boarding and inducting the Loan Officers and ensure that the company's processes, values and their deliverables are clearly understood by all new employees.
- 100% Team Handling Profile Branch responsibilities.
- For this, we need a person with excellent people skills, sound hard skills and ability to work under deadlines while leading the team and managing the office affairs efficiently.
- Absolutely responsible for the performance of the Branch.
- Responsible for managing assigned business activities, initiatives and related operations to achieve business plans and profitability of the branch.
- Branch Sales, Business Development, Team Handling, Revenue Generation.
