1. Developing leads and networking with key stakeholders like the government, education institutions, etc.
2. Exploring business development and feasibility of partnering with the government and other relevant stakeholders.
3. Developing leads with schools and junior colleges for sourcing candidates for assessments.
4. Identifying suitable candidates for staffing in the state sourcing teams as per the need.
5. Regular monitoring and review of the project with the state teams and taking corrective actions and reporting on time
6. Verification and sharing of data and reports for the respective region.
7. Ensuring the target for Tech Bee / Degree cohorts are achieved
8. Identifying venue for test centres and training
9. Responsible for ensuring the achievement of regional on boarding targets.
10. Responsible for ensuring financial targets and viability of operations.
11. Ensuring proper counselling happens to the candidates and their parents
12. Co-ordination with banks for loan process
13. On boarding the candidates as per the targets agreed and on time
14. Travelling to various locations to tie up with government/ ngo- s/ schools for outreach and creating awareness and taking up the exam
15. Any other works as assigned by the reporting manager or the organisation
