HCL - Inside Sales Role (3-8 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct Market research and create intelligence reports on the US based target list of companies
- Cold Calling & prospecting with decision makers, brief them of HCL Services overview, establish relationship
- Understand the business needs and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Work closely with the sales team and help them create thick funnel of prospects
- Support the marketing team with event and campaign related work
- Report weekly and monthly activities to direct and dotted managers
- Driving leads and opportunities via various marketing activities like events, campaigns and webinars
- Job involves working in US timing (Night Shifts)
Skills Required :
- Prior Inside Sales experience is desirable,
- The ability to communicate and clearly articulate to existing & potential customers
- Neutral accent is a must
- Prior exposure to IT Application/Technology related services is must
- Recognized degree with good business knowledge.
- Experience working in a BPO with B.E or MBA qualifications can be considered
- Should be comfortable with MS Office. Experience of working on CRM will be an added advantage
- Ability to learn and remain calm and focused under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Organized, self-disciplined and professional in demeanor
