HCG Hospital - Executive - Sales & Marketing (0-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Organize concerted efforts to expand the existing base and ensure that strong field sales presence is allocated territories / responsibilities for HCG hospitals.
- Practice an aggressive sales process to achieve the set goals.
- Being objective in your approach and stay committed to excellence in your area of operations.
- Ensure cordial relationship and provide due services to promote effective client servicing.
- Maintain transparent operations with all the concerned in all responsibilities assigned.
- Report routinely to your superior(s) as instructed (daily/weekly/monthly) without any ambiguity, in areas involving / effecting your day-to-day working.
- Provide constant feedback on expectations & experiences of clients.
- Follow religiously all process / systems in place of the respected department. Implement betterment with proper authorization.
- To review and monitor business volumes generated by business accounts assigned to you vis-- -vis competitors.
- To make self-available in time & effort in all other promotional & allied activities of the group.
- Be strict about the confidentiality of all business activities with person not concerned or with person(s) with dubious nature / integrity.
- Maintain presentable appearance of self, good work ethics with all in your line of duty, both internally and externally
