JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Looking for candidates have exp in Sales /Marketing of Medical devices/ Hospital marketing.
1. Meeting doctors to promote Radiosurgery as an evolving line of treatment. Conduct round Table meetings and CMEs to increase the promotional activities of Radio Surgery by creating awareness within the Oncology, Neuro fraternity, GI, Pulmuno, Urology etc.
2. Achieving sustainable growth of revenue and profits for Radio Surgery including strategic business planning, business development and identify the market for promoting the Radio Surgery.
3. Manage B2B Business development and Create annual sales plan for Radio Surgery and monitor the same.
4. Do follow-up for referrals cases and Co-ordinating with insurance help desk & referring the clients.
5. Responsible for increasing footfalls as per business plans
6. Track of patients enrolled and package agreed.
7. Co-ordinate between Clients, Insurance, Helpdesk & Doctors in the system to ensure seamless treatment for patients.
8. Ensure patients enrolled for the Radio Surgery programme does not drop out in between.
9. Establish a CRM system which should result in a streamlined process for client management - handling queries and escalations, payments etc.
