HCAH - Manager - Performance Marketing (4-7 yrs)
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, creative, and product, to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for digital marketing initiatives.
- Create and optimize landing pages, website content, and user journeys to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage social media accounts, create and schedule social media content, and engage with followers to build brand presence and engagement.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing email templates, creating compelling content, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and proactively recommend and implement innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on digital marketing performance to leadership and other stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Experience with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, platforms, and software.
- Creativity and innovation in developing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving digital marketing goals.
