HaystackAnalytics - Senior Associate/Coordinator - Marketing Operations (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns
- Coordinate the execution of marketing projects, including content creation, email marketing, and social media management
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients for sample collection, report & prescription delivery, and scheduling doctor and genetic consultations.
- Manage and maintain customer databases and CRM systems
- Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient workflows
- Monitor inventory levels of marketing collaterals and ensure timely ordering and delivery of supplies
- Create and maintain reports in Excel to track and analyze departmental metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Assist in process integration with external clients like taking care of processes till they get automated
- Taking inbound calls and doing outbound calls to communicate about products
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and operations coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform decision-making
- Customer-service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have Laptop
