HaystackAnalytics - Area Sales Manager - Hospital Sales (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Studying each of our products to ensure expert knowledge there of Communicating with extant and budding clients to maintain these working relationships.
- Informing clients about the benefits, and limitations attached to each product.
- Selling products/services to hospitals, diagnostic centers, medical professionals, and pharmacies based on their needs
- Walking clients through the results of our clinical trials to further encourage sales.
- Creating promotional materials such as banners and informative cards for dissemination by clients, if needed.
- Analyzing competitors' performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market
- Conduct regular self-evaluations to ensure that you always meet sales targets.
- Attending training workshops and congresses to remain up to date with standards and developments in the industry
- Reaching out to prospective clients from their existing network as well as details/links shared by us in person or by call - whichever is effective
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and client sales/reach-outs
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Requirement :
- Degree completed/pursuing in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, microbiology, or an adjacent field is preferred.
- Preferred formal training in marketing, sales, or equivalent.
- Work towards various sales campaigns and facilitate profitability.
- Good understanding of prevailing health issues and fads.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Goal-oriented, committed, and relentless approach to work.
- Interested in understanding and sharing medical innovations.
- Preferred strong connections with private hospitals or chain of hospitals in his/her region.
