HaystackAnalytics - Area Sales Manager (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Study each of our products to ensure expert knowledge thereof.
- Communicate with existing and budding clients to maintain working relationships.
- Inform clients about the benefits and limitations attached to each product.
- Sell products/services to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and medical professionals based on their needs.
- Walk clients through the results of our clinical trials to encourage sales.
- Analyze competitors' performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.
- Conduct regular self-evaluations to ensure that you always meet sales targets.
- Attend training workshops and congresses to remain up to date with standards and developments in the industry.
- Reach out to prospective clients from their existing network as well as details/links shared by us in person or by call - whichever is effective.
- Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and client sales/reach-outs.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Drive product(s) activation and adoption across sales channels at prospective hospitals/clinics/any healthcare institutions post partnership with HaystackAnalytics.
- Own the sales target and work with partner hospitals'/clinics'/any healthcare institutions' team to plan and achieve the same.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and monitor and analyze their effectiveness and performance.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the hospital's business objectives and goals.
- Identify and understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors to develop sales strategies like product bundling, upselling, etc.
- Work with the sales team of the hospitals to generate prospective leads from the existing patient base and convert them into customers.
- Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and measure ROI.
- Work with the brand team to develop content for marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Plan and execute events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including creative agencies and event planners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and operations to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and techniques.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare product sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Ability to travel when needed.
- Strong connections with top clinicians/Labs/hospitals in his/her region
