Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team for Telecom Product sales i.e. Internet, MPLS VPN, Cloud Technologies, Cyber Security . The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base by developing and executing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the ICT industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
Revenue Growth : Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and expanding the customer base.
Sales Forecasting : Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to provide insights into sales performance and future opportunities.
Contract Negotiation : Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product and service offerings to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Sales Training : Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Budget Management : Manage the sales department's budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 3-4 years in sales management, preferably in the ICT industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
- Experience in managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
