HawkTech Advance Solutions - Sales Specialist - IT Solution Vertical (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Generate new business :
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory or market segment.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
- Cold call, email, and schedule meetings with prospective clients to present our IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized proposals and quotes.
2. Account management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify business opportunities.
3. Sales pipeline management :
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports using CRM software.
- Forecast sales targets and track progress against goals.
- Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
4. Team collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications :
- B Tech/MBA
- 2-3 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role, preferably in the field of Cloud Technologies, Cyber Security and data Centre Services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
