Hashtasy - Social Media Specialist (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for building and executing social media strategy which includes research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- The desired candidate will be responsible for generating relevant content for each platform, publishing/sharing content and tracking views/comments/reach
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the company's visibility on social media
- Create editorial calendars and schedules
- Should capture and analyze the data/metrics, insights and best practices and implement changes/improvements accordingly
Requirements
- Proven work experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Excellent command over written & spoken English. Being multilingual will be an added advantage
