HashStudioz - Executive - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities
1. Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
2. Building business relationships with current and potential clients
3. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
4. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
5. Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
6. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
7. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
8. Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
9. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
10. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Requirements and Qualification :
1. Experience with lead generation and prospect management. Candidate must have an experience from IT Background.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
3. Persuasive and goal-oriented
4. Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
5. Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
6. B.Tech / MBA as an equivalent Qualification
7. Minimum 2 years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
8. Excellent analytical and time-management skills
9. Demonstrated and proven sales results
10. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
11. Must have a hands-on experience on Email Marketing.
