KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Experience : 3-4 yrs.

Salary : 30,000-35,000 P.M CTC (depending on their experience)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- The Key Account manager would be responsible for running a campaign end to end.

- He/ She should own the project & objectives in line with the deliverables specified by the brand/client.

- Should be able to manage/plan the workforce so as to meet the demand forecast.

- Managing a team of up to 10 individuals, capable of meeting quality & productivity goals, thereby fulfilling service level agreements.

- Most importantly He/ She should demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.

CAMPAIGN DELIVERABLES :

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling client communication including weekly status calls.

- Daily reporting to key stakeholders.

- Managing and technical anchoring of the team including their task scheduling, rating, and management.

- Tracking and reviewing team's performance by conducting the periodic review for all the areas and ensure they adhere to the delivery schedule and other objectives.

- Follow up and control project quality by spot checking

COMPETENCY SKILLS :

- Strong on Client communication and client management.

- Ability to work independently and to schedule time and resources effectively.

- Ability to motivate, and direct team members.

- Ability to respond to team and customer needs; to meet commitments.

- Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand.
