Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Onsite)
YOE: 2+ years
Key Skills: Experienced with Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Cold-Calling, and prior working experience in an Investment or financial service company (Preferred).
Role Description:
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Specialist who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect potential clients through various channels to generate leads
- Utilize a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to identify and engage potential leads.
- Develop a deep understanding related to financial banking and investments to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the business development team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and provide necessary support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and update the CRM system regularly.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven working experience in any financial services/ Investment Services or Wealth management companies, preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for lead tracking and management.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates with a background in sales or a related discipline.
