Harmonydi - Sales Administration Role (1-3 yrs)
Sales Administrator
Job Summary :
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide auxiliary support for Sales staff and their customers
- Assist in the creation of quote configurations, verifying order and invoice accuracy
- Liaison with the Customer Success department to ensure a positive customer outcome
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM
- Tasks, Action Items, Calendar Invites, Etc.
- Track Renewals
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Stay up to date with new products and features
- Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries
- Assist Sales Account Manager(s) by working closely with customers and helping to resolving any customer issues or inquiries
Job Requirements and Skills :
- Sales Skills
- Strong English verbal communication skills
- Strong written (Email) communication
- Understanding of the Technology Channel
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator a plus
- Hands on experience with CRM software a plus
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Demonstrate a customer focused approach
Location : Mohali, Punjab
Timings : 8AM to 5PM United States EST
