Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads : Utilize various methods such as market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals to identify potential clients and generate leads for the company's products and services.
Build and maintain client relationships : Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies. Understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points to provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct market research : Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations : Create compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the company's value proposition. Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals : Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and negotiate contracts and pricing. Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing and deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
Achieve sales targets : Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results regularly.
Attend industry events : Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish brand presence and expand professional network.
Stay updated with industry knowledge : Continuously update your knowledge of IT products, services, and emerging technologies. Understand the competitive landscape and differentiate the company's offerings.
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A technical background in IT or computer science is a plus.
- Proven sales experience: Minimum of X years of successful B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in the IT industry. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and negotiate effectively.
- Relationship building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and persuade others.
Results-driven : Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals. Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
Market knowledge : Familiarity with the IT industry, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related domains. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
